I watched Gorillaz in Sydney last week and was truely blown away by the shear variation in the proffesionalism. Damon Alburn is a true genius. I also witnessed my lifetime hero in the shape of Bobby womack live on stage. Blew me away. Thanks for reincarnating such a legend and getting him back where he belongs.....On stage

This song is in a top 50 list of best songs I think of all time. Something about it screams addiction in my head when I blast this song.

I don't understand why I like this so much! It's addictive and I just can't help but groove with it.

I love the gorillaz cause their just so awkward and strange and is it me or do the gorrilaz seem like they play off sterotypical musicians like noodle being like a foreign singer seterotype (definite j pop influence)and 2d being one of those singers who dont seem to be all there, and murdoc being all about pleasure and sin like those 70's and early 80's rockers and russel being a super educated street rapper but they all take those sterotypes to the extreme

I know how you feel. I decided long ago that if I were to take seriously the idea of music appreciation, then sticking to classical and jazz just wasn't going to suffice. I grew up in a household full of swing, big band, jazz, calypso, salsa, merengue, doble paso, bossa nova and it just went to pieces from there. As a teen, I was immersed in all things rock, then got stationed in Europe as one of Uncle Sam's travellers and picked up a taste for classical and renaissance. Music is the greatest.

get the album... eat your words. Great music, from the 1st album to this... easily one of the most significant artistic/musical projects of all time. Genius Alburn!!!

I was underwhelmed at first, but upon repeated listenings I've become very fond of this song. Albarn is obviously maturing as a musician. One of the things that happens as you get older is that you find the "boring" stuff to be some of the best stuff. There's a very elegant simplicity to this song, and it has a centered, self-assured vibe that isn't there in say, "Tomorrow Comes Today." It's genuinely mellow, but not as "exciting" as stuff from the first album.

I remember the day this track dropped. I didn't leave to go to school and I snuck on my mom's computer for a bit. I was shocked there was going to be a new Gorillaz album coming out. A couple of months later I remember going to Hot Topic to get a copy of the cd. It was the last place I would get the album because it was sold out everywhere else at the time. I was in high school at the time. Good Memories..
