Something I’ve noticed about the Gorillaz fanbase is that everyone just seems so chilled and happy, I’ve never seen any comments having a go at another for not knowing something about the story line. Everyone just enjoys the music, I’m glad I got into this amazing band.

This song has so much nostalgia, its like remembering all their songs from the past and think to myself like " look how far Gorillaz came and still making successful music tell this day" so many grew and so many plot points. It's just amazing, this song has such a smooth beat

Hearing this, I clearly remember coming home from school, having lunch, and going to play career mode in FIFA 19 on those afternoons. old times that never come back, that's where I met my favorite band

I feel like this album is gonna be a lot like The Fall. More instrumental parts, not a lot of guest singers. This album is going to be a lot more popular tho

Is it just me, or does it sound like Russel singing a bit in the background? If you listen closely, you can hear another voice singing the chorus and I always imagine it's Russ since it sounds a little like him.

Ace is growin' on me, I'll be honest. He'll never replace everyone's beloved sociopath, but hell, he's pretty damn cool.

I like how Damon and company apply different instruments sounds in every single track, everytime from the first time I listen to Gorillaz, they always use percussion or like old synth...I love that.

Maybe the reason this album is so reminiscent of The Fall is because Murdoc is in jail and 2D has taken over the direction of the band. HES THE ONE DRIVING

I feel like this new drawing style is based off the original Akira mangas from the 80's. The round shaped heads and extremely spiky/detailed hair as well as the use of extremely jagged or extremely smooth lines (with not much in-betweens).

This whole album feels like a blast from the past, which makes it even more awesome that it's called 'The Now Now.'

I really like all these new songs so far. reminds me of Plastic Beach. And the new storyline is also great with Ace coming in and Murdoc being in prison. EDIT:I hope Murdoc comes back and the 2 of them can be pickles together.

I’m really glad I found the Gorillaz. I was in middle school and heard feel good inc and wanted to check them out so I bought demon days. I didn’t realize they did Clint Eastwood and that made me like them more. The fall is one of my personal favorites, demon days is classic, plastic beach is great, and I love humanz. Now they make music like this and humility and it really grants me this sense of joy realizing a band that I’ve loved for so long has continued to make music that dare I say is even better than their older stuff. That’s all matter of opinion of course, I still love their older stuff but it is extremely refreshing to see music like this in times like these. It grants hope. I’m glad to be a part of this with you all, the music will bring us all together.
