This is the song that got me into Gorillaz! Story Time: in music class back in 8th grade, the class was making a project about our favorite bands and singers, or a project about artists (not sure), this 1 kid I was acquainted with played this song and Clint Eastwood (for some reason, at that time, I recognized that songs). That’s how I got into Gorillaz and we talked about Gorillaz here and there until the end of middle school

For the record, Murdoc still hates 2D, but *NOWHERE NEAR* as much as he used to.

If it wasn't for Murdoc's car crashing into 2D twice, Gorillaz would have never be founded in the first place. Gorillaz existed thanks to Mario Kart

Today I learned that Murdoc is a fan of Mario Kart, what a true gamer he is.

I’ve noticed that the first four songs Murdoc has committed on so far have one thing in common. They were the first singles from each of their albums. “Clint Eastwood” was the first single off Gorillaz first album. “Feel Good Inc.” was the first off Demon Days. “Saturnz Barz” was the first off Humanz and now “Stylo,” the first single off Plastic Beach.” The next commentary could be either “Humility” or “Momentary Bliss.”

the lore we find in Murdoc's commented videos is the best, he doesn't remember why Saturn barz bathroom attracted him so much, 2d's performance in feel good inc according to him is very good because he was incredibly inspired when the director said ' imagine if someone tormented you and blew you up and wouldn't let you be free" (as far as I know demon days is the start of Murdoc's heavy abuse of 2d that would escalate to plastic beach). the monkeys in the clint eastwood video are a group of good talented dancers friends of the band and one of its members tragically died after more than 500 years, that after the shooting of the stylo cyborg noodle video he stopped talking and also had violent attacks (I suspect directed at 2d), that murdoc knows a minimum of French to call his car 'stylo' knowing that it means pen, that murdoc never checks the rearview mirrors, that he is embarrassed to stereotype cops as obese donut eaters in stylo's video despite having past years, and more details that i just like to learn about them, it does make these videos the more enjoyable even more since all this are from the rope of my head that i can remember + seeing this video edit: i forgot about 2d's megaphone in feel good inc that bit is hilarious

On May 03, 2022 (Santiago de Chile) It was my first concert I attended, and it was with Gorillaz, I had never felt so much adrenaline in my life, Damon's voice was so calm and happy, even in songs like "El Mañana" or for example when delasoul came to sing feel good inc it was absolutely great and exciting I cannot express how rewarding it was to attend that event. I was able to get a Murdoc t-shirt and even listen to Stylo live Thanks Gorillaz for this tour where Latin American countries can enjoy their music. (I'm sorry for my English!)
