I love the gorillaz bc they blur the lines between music genres and make music many different types of people would like.

Power of storytelling. It's not such an interesting video on its own compared to most of them, but as I've grown to know these characters through the years, I still smile all way through simply for seein 2D and Noodle having fun.

2-D and Noodle’s sibling like relationship is really cool. They’re great friends and 2-D basically got to raise her and watch her grow into a fine young woman as her foster father. This music video showcases their sibling like relationship the strongest, as they rock out together on the dance floor.

Theory: Ok. Murdoc is obviously up to something look at his creepy smile!! But the theory about him wanting to kill the others is dumb. He is a jerk, but he wouldn't kill his bandmates. He is definitely up to something, though, but idk what. I might know why though. Since phase one, 2D has basically been in an abusive friendship with murdoc and has never stood up for himself. Phase two was like this too, but in phase three, things got worse. First of all, noodle and russel were gone, so there was no one to stick up for 2D. Second of all, murdoc basically captured him and enslaved him at the bottom of the plastic beach. He also captured many collaborators to work on the album. Russel and noodle set out to stop him, and when they returned, 2D was given confidence. Keep in mind that the three of them have a close relationship. Russel and 2D are best friends and russel is very protective of noodle. Now, with a new found confidence, 2D sticks up for himself in phase four, making fun of murdoc in interviews and fighting back when murdoc insults him. In this video, he is dancing with noodle (DO NOT SHIP THEM) and murdoc is mad because 2D is paying more attention to noodle. Another reason why murdoc is mad could be that of all the members, he is the least useful on this album. Most of the songs on humanz are made with electronic synthesizers with drum machines, as well as 2D's vocals. So 2D sings, russel handles percussion which includes drum machines, and we know from the DARE video that noodle can play keyboards and synths. For once, murdoc is unable to show off because he doesn't do anything. That would also explain why he is mad. If you are reading this, then you took the time to read my entire theory. Thank you!!
