I cannot describe the feeling of listening to this song in the early hours of the morning, when my room is pitch black, apart from the red dot on my tv. The tiny red dot is the only thing my eyes have to focus on, and it starts to drift around. It almost looks like im looking at another planet or star from far away whilst floating through the black void of space. Sometimes, i swear i can make out the details of the surface of said planet or star...

This song always metaphorically feels like how the world feeds on material things and everything eventuality turns artificial from everyone’s greed. We rely on electronics and fake food/things and we turn into “zombie-like” creatures following what the world tells us. Everytime I play this song, I’m instantly transported back to my high school days. Specifically this one day in Year 9 nearing the end of the day on a Friday. I was in art class about 30mins before the bell goes and it was raining outside, I was sitting in a separate room with my friend from the rest of the class and these two Year 12 (senior) girls who were doing their own thing.
